Every Life is Valuable.
Birds have their own language and fish swim in unison with each other without chaos. As human beings, we too are a part of this eco-system called life. We all have natural rhythms that are in accord with the natural order of life itself, yet somehow for some reason we do not feel in flow or connected to those we strive to connect with. We struggle, we fight, we freeze out others to protect ourselves, we judge, we condemn, we do everything but stop the behaviors that cause us to suffer. Why do we do this? We don’t believe we are truly a part of the elegant spectacular universe. We separate. We compartmentalize. Yet everything in life is in fact connected. We are truly committed to bringing our bodies, mind and spirit to the full realization of what it means to be participating on this planet. How can we deeply live each day understanding the role we play? We want to value the time we have on this earth and understand the importance of every soul we encounter with honor and respect.
Self-acceptance is Love. Self-responsibility Will Set You Free.
Many of us live our lives begrudging the very life we created for ourselves. We have given away our power somewhere along the line and perceive it to be everyone else’s fault that we are not happy or “where we want to be”. In order to understand the importance of what it means to be truly happy we must find a way back to taking responsibility for our life. No one person can live your life for you, just like no one can take your medicine should you fall ill. Only you can show up for your life. It is a choice. When we face our fears of taking full responsibility for our lives we feel much calmer and in sync because we have dropped all resistance. Life flows…it always has and always will.
Change Your Thoughts to Heal Your Life.
If we continue throughout our lives without ever examining what conversations we are having with ourselves, we could miss out on a whole new world that awaits our attention and contribution. Choosing loving, kind and compassionate thoughts that drive our reality to where we truly want to be takes time, love and patience. We each live with our own point of view, which has been influenced by our childhood and life experiences. We are so fortunate to be living in a time when tools and support is readily available to us. We can learn to release the past, live in the present and create our future. It is up to us to make sure we understand how precious we are and that we can be in harmony with our surroundings and ourselves each day.
